• Profile Information: If you set a display name or upload a profile picture, these become publicly visible to other users. Profile pictures are moderated for inappropriate content using automated tools.
• User-Generated Content: This includes groups you create, invitations you send, hangouts you create (including locations and attendee lists), and messages you post within hangouts.
• Technical and Usage Data: We collect information about your device and how you use the app, such as device type and operating system. We may also collect IP addresses in the future for security and abuse prevention.

• To create and manage your account and enable features like groups, hangouts, and messaging.
• To show publicly visible information (like your display name and profile photo) to other users.
• To help ensure the app is safe for all users by moderating profile pictures and monitoring activity for abuse.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you choose to delete your account using the feature in the app, we will delete your account and related data within 7 days.

LocalVibez is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have done so, we will promptly delete it.
