By using LocalVibez, provided by Local Vibez LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our app. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Continued use of LocalVibez means you accept the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LocalVibez. By creating an account or using our app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our community.

• You are responsible for content you post, including display names, profile pictures, messages, and group content. You retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content in connection with operating LocalVibez.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or harmful. This includes content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or is discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Some features of LocalVibez involve sharing or viewing location data, such as for hangouts or nearby events. By using these features, you consent to our processing of your location information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using LocalVibez may involve data charges from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any such costs.

From time to time we may release new or experimental features labeled as beta. These are provided “as is” and may contain bugs or errors. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of beta features.

LocalVibez and its content, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by Local Vibez LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. We do not claim ownership of your content but require the license above to operate the service.

LocalVibez may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and them.

• LocalVibez is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of LocalVibez. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the past six months, whichever is greater.

Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms or your use of LocalVibez will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court, except that you may bring individual claims in small claims court. You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Before filing arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at support@localvibez.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to LocalVibez at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be heard in courts located in California.

These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Local Vibez LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive it.
